Our emphasis is on utilising green resources, materials and technologies throughout the build whilst ensuring the end product runs efficiently, with minimum impact on the environment. This results in ultra-low running costs for our owners & tenants. Working with an experienced team of architects and contractors we strive to make ultra-efficient dwellings available to every level of home seeker.

Rapid build times, coupled with minimal disruption to the surrounding environment, are at the core of Bower’s principles. All Bower’s green spaces are planted up with native flora, ensuring local fauna reinhabits every one of our sites.
